About

My name is Anthony Panozzo, and this is my blog containing my experiences with AI, entrepreneurship, software engineering, writing, and other odds and ends.
I live in the Indianapolis, Indiana area with my wife and two children.
Consulting
I help companies ship faster with AI developer tools and modern engineering practices. Recent work includes:
- Building LLM-powered classifiers, customer support automation, and generative AI features
- Setting up eval frameworks with PromptFoo and creating custom Cursor rules and Claude Code automation to multiply team output
- Directing Claude Code to perform Rails upgrades and large codebase changes
- Data engineering and business intelligence for an early-stage startup
- Maintaining and extending Rails applications
If that sounds useful to your team, I'd love to chat! Reach out on LinkedIn or email me at .
Background
I cofounded Woven, an evidence-based hiring platform for software engineers. We grew from zero to hundreds of customers and a Series A, and the company was acquired in early 2026. I built the core product, led the technical team, and created ML classifiers that assessed candidate work with better-than-human accuracy.
Before and since Woven, I've worked in software consulting and startups for most of my career. Core technologies are Ruby on Rails, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and increasingly AI/ML tooling across all of them.
I also build side projects and experiment with AI-assisted software engineering, and I'll share what I learn along the way.
